A hardtail Strat-style build and a tremolo-equipped guitar need different bridge hardware. This selection brings together complete tremolo assemblies, a hardtail bridge, replacement saddles, wiring and a jack plate. Use the product specifications to compare the exact bridge and control layout already on your guitar.
Check before you choose
Mounting spacing is not string spacing
The vintage/narrow tremolo lists 2-7/32-inch mounting spacing and 2-1/16-inch string spacing. Measure both. The selected hardtail instead lists 1-21/32-inch mounting spacing; these assemblies are not interchangeable.
Tremolo block and cavity clearance
Compare every mounting hole, the block dimensions, string holes and arm connection. The selected six-point assembly lists a 42 mm block height; check the body cavity and movement clearance before ordering.
Saddles, wiring and jack plate
Check saddle dimensions and screw direction as well as E-to-E spacing. For wiring and the jack plate, compare mounting holes and cavity clearance, then choose the potentiometer and capacitor option for your circuit.
