These terms govern your use of aumsen.com and any orders placed with Aumsen, the workshop that designs and machines the parts shown on this site. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
Use of the site
You may browse, link to, and reference content on this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the catalogue at scale, republish photographs without permission, or use Aumsen marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
Product information
Specifications, dimensions, and material notes published on product pages are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Material lot variations may produce minor cosmetic differences (patina on brass, polish line orientation). Where a buyer-critical dimension is required for fitment, the dimensioned drawing on the listing is the controlling reference — we recommend confirming with callipers before ordering.
Third-party trademarks
Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Mustang, PRS, Les Paul, Bigsby, and other guitar model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Aumsen uses these names only to indicate compatibility; no endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship is implied or claimed.
Orders and shipping
Orders placed through our eBay storefront are governed by eBay's buyer-protection terms and the applicable listing. Direct website orders (where enabled) use Stripe-hosted checkout and our Returns & Shipping policy at /returns/. Website prices are in USD and include taxes and import duties for supported destinations: the United States, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy. Delivery is charged separately and shown in the cart before payment; website orders ship from China. Payment confirmation and refund status are available on the browser-bound order-status page. Stripe provides payment receipts when enabled; this website does not send a separate order-confirmation email. eBay shipping estimates and customs terms remain those shown on the eBay listing.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms or our 30-day change-of-mind return policy removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a part is faulty, mis-machined, or not as described, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can assess and resolve it in line with those rights.

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Substantive changes that affect existing orders will be communicated by email to the affected customers.
