These terms govern your use of aumsen.com and any orders placed with Aumsen, the workshop that designs and machines the parts shown on this site. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
Use of the site
You may browse, link to, and reference content on this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the catalogue at scale, republish photographs without permission, or use Aumsen marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
Product information
Specifications, dimensions, and material notes published on product pages are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Material lot variations may produce minor cosmetic differences (patina on brass, polish line orientation). Where a buyer-critical dimension is required for fitment, the dimensioned drawing on the listing is the controlling reference — we recommend confirming with callipers before ordering.
Third-party trademarks
Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Mustang, PRS, Les Paul, Bigsby, and other guitar model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Aumsen uses these names only to indicate compatibility; no endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship is implied or claimed.
Orders and shipping
Most orders are placed through our eBay storefront, which is governed by eBay's buyer-protection terms in addition to these. Direct orders placed through our Stripe checkout (where available) are subject to the order confirmation we send by email and the returns policy at /returns/. Domestic shipping is 1–2 business days; international shipping is 5–10 business days. Customs duties and import VAT in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty disclaimer
Aumsen parts are sold "as is" with the implied warranty of merchantability for the purpose described in the product listing. We are not liable for installation damage, modification, or use outside the documented compatibility set. If a part arrives faulty or visibly mis-machined, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aumsen's total liability arising out of any product or service is capped at the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Substantive changes that affect existing orders will be communicated by email to the affected customers.
