Hand-polish, satin, bead-blast, chrome, nickel, black oxide, anodise — finish to spec.

±0.02 mm typical on critical dimensions; ±0.005 mm available on request with sample sign-off.

Quote

Send a drawing, sample, or sketch. We come back with price, lead time, and any geometry questions within 2 business days.

Sample

First-article sample machined and shipped for sign-off. Adjustments are made before the production run starts.

Pilot

Pilot batch of 100 units cut to the signed-off spec. Held for your inspection if you want to QC before full production.

Production

Full run cut, finished, inspected, and packed. Material certs and batch records issued on request.

05

Ship

Bulk-packed or retail-packed to your spec. Worldwide shipping, customs paperwork prepared for the destination.

Most-asked questions.

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your standard NDA with the first email and we'll counter-sign before drawings change hands. We do not share customer drawings with third parties.
What's the smallest run you'll quote?
We don't formally quote below 100 units, but we do one-off prototype machining at hourly rate plus material if you want a single sample to validate a design.
Can you white-label / private-label?
Yes. We machine to your drawing, finish to your spec, and pack in your branded packaging if you supply it. Aumsen never appears on the part or the box.
Do you provide material certs?
Yes — alloy mill certs are passed through with each batch on request. Dimensional inspection reports (sample-based) are also available; full 100% inspection adds to lead time and cost.
Payment terms?
First-time orders: 50% with sample sign-off, 50% before shipping. Repeat orders: net 30 once a credit relationship is established. Wire transfer in USD or EUR.
