How fast do you reply?
Within 1–2 business days. If it's urgent and involves an open eBay order, include the order number in the subject line.
Do you ship internationally?
Check the purchase listing for shipping availability and delivery estimates for your destination. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you do custom runs?
OEM production from 100 units. Turnaround 4–6 weeks. Drawings or a physical sample speed things up enormously.
